Gluten Allergies is not limited to race. It crosses boundaries and affects all our personal lives. Where to eat? What to eat? What is Gluten and why am I allergic? These are all questions that I had when I discovered my allergy. I found myself at family events where no one knew what I could eat and it became uncomfortable.
